I’m so deeply grateful to do this work,

it feels like something I was born to do.

I’m also always very moved and very appreciative when a client

is willing to share an account, like the one below,

of what it’s like to work with me.

They always say it better than I ever could!

“Leah, when I first reached out to you for coaching, it was with some intuitive sense that you would ‘get’ me.

I wasn’t looking for quick fixes, or 10-step strategies. I was grappling with questions – big questions – about my identity, my passions, my place in this world. I felt like a giant ball of wool – knotted and twisted and wound so tightly with expectations, fears, stories, and confusion. You created, and held a heart-filled space for me that allowed gentle, respectful inquiry. That shed light on shadows. That quietly invited me to question beliefs and behaviours that weren’t serving me.  You modelled, over and over again, a compassion that I eventually learned to apply to myself (a first for this 42 year old battle-worn artist, writer, psychologist and mother of two awesome human beings). The tightly wound ball began to untangle, section by section.

About 4 months ago, my world shattered with another crisis.
In the immediate aftermath, I found myself resisting reality and thinking ‘this can’t be happening; not after all the work I’ve done and how far I’ve come’. I remember writing to you at the time and in your powerful, spiritual, knowing way, you reframed it: thank God for all the work you’ve done. Initially, I accepted the reframe intellectually. But as days and weeks unfolded, I began to see clearly what you already saw: The crisis was but a portal to reconnect with my authentic self. And the reconnection happened almost instantly because I had paved the way to her already. With your guidance.
I remember thinking then, that your coaching was more than coaching. That it felt more like having a guardian angel

who already knew where I needed to go, yet never pushed me there, and never judged me for hesitating or taking other turns. You held the space, patiently waiting, always always meeting me exactly where I needed to be met, and also inviting me to step ahead just a little more. I count you as one of a few kindred spirits I’ve had the privilege to know in this lifetime. You are truly one of a kind.XOXO”

Whether you are grappling with big questions, going through a difficult period, or wanting to finally, this year, begin to create work and live a life that is truly aligned with your heart, spirit, and deepest values, one session of coaching can truly work wonders.  If you’d like to book yours, you can email me directly at leah [at] leahcb [dot] com.

After deciding in 2017 that I wanted to focus my coaching on a handful of full-time, intensive clients, something unexpected happened.  I have been inundated with requests for coaching from people who I would LOVE to work with, but they’re wanting something other than the intensive, full-time commitment of my personal coaching programs.  Here is my solution, for a limited time:

I’m opening 2-3 days a month for single sessions.

March and April are booked and after that will begin a waiting list for May.  You can reserve your session by emailing leah@leahcb.com with SPRING SPECIAL in the subject line.  I’ll reply with scheduling options and introductory questions so that we can hit the ground running and make the most of our time together.  (This offer is also open to my current clients who want to book extra sessions at a discount.)

(Update…as of June 12, 2018, I am booked for single sessions through August.  If you’d like to be reserve a single session, please email me at leah@leahcb.com to be added to the waitlist.  Sessions are $300 for a single 90 minute session).

I look forward to working with you!

With love & gratitude,

Leah
