If you’re wondering what it’s like to work with me, here’s an “at a glance” look
at what forty people who know me (friends, family, colleagues, clients) had to say when asked by anonymous survey:
What are Leah’s three best qualities?
Below are more kind words from a few of my clients.
Here is what one of the recent “graduates” of my Soul Genius Program had to say. You’ll see at the end that she mentions “athletes.” This is because one of the participants remarked that they were like a team of soul athletes - becoming increasingly graceful, agile, and strong in their ability to live soulfully! I love that – soul athletes – and think we’ll be using it for a long time to come.
Leah is life changing! When I finally had the chance to use a life coach, I was so excited about Leah, as I knew her calming spirit and gentle guidance would be the exact combination I would need. Leah has helped me find a peace I never knew existed. She never told me what to do, but she helped me learn how to slow down and listen. In the past, I have always labeled myself as a worry wart, and very un-creative. After meeting with Leah, she “woke-up” my right brain, and helped me learn how to throw away the labels I had for myself and learn to live in the here and now. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to grow and learn with Leah. She is a coach that truly loves and inspires her students/athletes to be greater.

Leah is soft-spoken, gentle, and calm…but don’t let that fool you! She is one incredibly tough (in the best way!) coach! She is wise beyond her years, crazy perceptive, and truly compassionate. You will be amazed by how good she is! I highly recommend hiring Leah as your coach.
-mother, business owner
You are a ROCKSTAR! Thank you!!!
Leah has incredibly wonderful energy – people love to be around her and want what she has. She is calming and genuinely loving. Her smarts, skills, experiences, and intuition also make her an amazing coach. I will forever be grateful to her.
-mother, artist, entrepreneur
I have done all different kinds of therapy with varying degrees of results. Leah has broken through barriers in one session that I have been working on in therapy for years.
And from another Soul Athlete…
When I first started my coaching calls with Leah I did not know what to expect. I did not really think much of it – I just wanted to see what she offered. Our first conversation was, in a word, magical. I felt a great sense of peace in my heart during and for many days after our talk. Leah has a soothing voice that instantly makes me feel calm and centered. Our talks have helped me to remember my true essence and I find myself applying many of the tips she has shared. Leah is truly a soul whisperer who stands firmly in love for all who cross her path. Namaste!

The following testimonials were written by women I’ve had the privilege of knowing and working with for over four years as their private yoga and Pilates teacher….
I have been a client of Leah’s for over four years. She has seen me through two pregnancies (including two post pregnancies, which are often more challenging for the competitive yogi). She has taught me lessons about being a better athlete, mother, and friend. Leah begins each class by asking us if we have “any requests.” Although the response across the room full of women is usually something like, “we want more abs!” it is often something less tangible. She wants to know what is weighing on us that day – are we lacking energy? Are we feeling down? Do we need to find peace, or do we need to work on stability? And just like that, with no notice, she creates a 45-minute practice based on our needs. The physical component may focus on strength, flexibility, or balance. And throughout our movements she will incorporate ways to visualize the physical practice as it takes root in our minds. During the last 5 minutes of savasana, or final resting pose, she always imparts some wisdom for us to carry throughout our day. Perhaps the most valuable thing she has taught me (as a mother of three) is that it is ok to care for and nurture you. In fact, it is necessary. I am grateful for Leah and the persistent way she supports us as we nurture ourselves.

Thanks to you I am finally working out regularly in my life and feeling great. I used to hate exercise (as you know) and never wanted to do it but, you changed it for me. I cannot wait for your class every week. You are awesome!
-mother of 3, investment professional, yogi and now exercise-enthusiast
I treasure Leah as a yoga instructor and leader. She brings a real heart, mind & body connection to class. She began our instruction with teaching us the importance of breath- an important basic and great place to start. She inspires me to “go there” no matter where “there” is. She is very reassuring if you need to modify (for your body’s sake). No negativity! No bad karma! Leah is wise beyond her years. She shares with us her holistic approach to life. I always feel that she cares deeply about each of us. I wish we lived in a world surrounded by more kinds souls like Leah.
