My Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is to love my clients unconditionally and to be an example of Creative Integrity.

In the judgment-free space of unconditional love, there’s freedom to be honest and power to go deep.  You know your truth and all the things that aren’t aligned with that truth – painful stories, chronic struggle, overwhelm. You learn instead to live fully ALIVE, a life of Creative Integrity, a life aligned with your truth and what you deeply hunger for your life to be.

I believe that in this space of unconditional love and Creative Integrity,

miracles can happen.

You happen.

I believe you already have all the answers you need.  I enter into the coaching relationship with the understanding that you, the client, already possess all the information, wisdom, and gifts necessary to create and experience the life you are meant to live. It is my job, as your coach, to hold a respectful, nonjudgmental, and loving space for you to explore possibilities and to guide you with questions that will lead you deeper into your own answers and a greater understanding and relationship with yourself.
